These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Vpayit's website and platform. They comply with the Companies Act 2006, Consumer Rights Act 2015, Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, Payment Services Regulations 2017, and applicable UK consumer law. Vpayit is a bill management and cash flow platform for UK small businesses. We use Open Banking — regulated by the FCA under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 — to connect to your business bank account and help you track, manage, and reduce your recurring business bills. Vpayit has read-only access to your bank account. We cannot initiate payments, move money, or take any action on your account. Your bank login credentials are never shared with us.
Vpayit is a technology platform, not an FCA-authorised financial adviser. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. Financial Services and Markets Act 2000

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Vpayit offers a free plan and paid subscriptions. Our current plans are Standard (£9.99/month) and Premium (£17.99/month), billed monthly in advance. Consumer Rights Act 2015, s.11
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. You have the right to cancel at any time — your access continues to the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of subscription unless you have started using a paid feature during that period. Consumer Contracts Regs 2013
Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We do not store payment card details.
You agree not to use Vpayit to: Computer Misuse Act 1990
Breach of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and, where required, reporting to relevant authorities.
Vpayit surfaces savings opportunities by comparing your bill costs to alternative suppliers. These are information-only recommendations. We do not guarantee savings outcomes and we encourage you to review any suggested switch independently before acting. Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regs 2008
Where you choose to switch a supplier through Vpayit, we may receive a referral commission. This is disclosed transparently and does not affect the price you pay. We do not accept payments from suppliers to feature them preferentially — recommendations are based on price and value data only.
All content, code, design, and materials on vpayit.co.uk and app.vpayit.co.uk are the intellectual property of Vpayit Ltd and protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. CDPA 1988
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Vpayit platform without our express written permission.
We aim to keep Vpayit available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance with or without prior notice in urgent situations. E-Commerce Regs 2002
We may change or discontinue features of the service. For material changes affecting paid subscribers, we will give at least 30 days' notice. If a material change reduces the value of your paid subscription, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vpayit Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977
We are not liable for: indirect or consequential loss; loss of profit or revenue; loss of data; or any reliance on savings recommendations. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and our Privacy Policy. By using Vpayit, you acknowledge and agree to our data processing practices as described therein. UK GDPR · DPA 2018
Vpayit complies with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017. We may be required to report suspicious activity to the National Crime Agency (NCA) and may be prohibited from notifying you if we do so. MLR 2017
You may close your account at any time via the Settings page or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
On termination, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations under the Companies Act 2006.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982

If you are a consumer (using Vpayit in a personal capacity), you may also access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. E-Commerce Regs 2002, Reg. 20
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of Vpayit after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account before the effective date.
