Vpayit is an early-stage UK fintech. We're looking for driven people — students, graduates, and specialists — who want to do meaningful work, not busy work.
Over 5 million UK small businesses overpay on bills every year. No one has fixed this properly. We're fixing it — and we need people who care about that.
You will build and ship real features on the Vpayit platform. Not a sandbox. Not a demo. Real code that goes live for real users. You will work across our React frontend, Node.js/Express backend, and Supabase database — with exposure to Open Banking APIs and Stripe payments. If you want to learn by doing, this is it.
Who we're looking for: Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT students in their 2nd or 3rd year. You know JavaScript. You have used or are learning React. You are not afraid to Google things and figure stuff out.
Apply nowYou will talk to small business owners across London. You will reach out, get meetings, listen to what they need, and bring that feedback back to the team. You will help us sign up early users, collect letters of intent, and shape how we take Vpayit to market. This is front-line, customer-facing work — and it matters enormously at this stage of the company.
Who we're looking for: Business, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship students. You are comfortable speaking to people you have never met. You are curious about how small businesses work. No prior sales experience required — just confidence, persistence, and genuine interest.
Apply nowYou will help build the engine behind Vpayit's savings recommendations. This means researching and structuring pricing data across UK energy, insurance, broadband, and telecoms providers — then helping design the logic that tells our users exactly where they are overpaying and what they should switch to. Your work directly drives the product's core value.
Who we're looking for: Finance, Economics, Data Science, or Maths students. Confident with Excel or Google Sheets. Comfortable handling and organising large datasets. Python or SQL experience is a bonus but not required.

This includes tracking income and expenses, helping prepare management accounts, supporting subscription billing reconciliation, and ensuring our books are clean and up to date. You will get direct exposure to how an early-stage fintech company manages its finances — with real numbers, not case studies.
Who we're looking for: Accounting, Finance, or Business students. Familiar with bookkeeping basics. Comfortable with spreadsheets and financial records. AAT or ACCA studying is a plus. Attention to detail is non-negotiable.
