This Cookie Policy explains how Vpayit uses cookies and similar technologies on vpayit.co.uk and app.vpayit.co.uk. It complies with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and UK GDPR. The short version: we use only what we need to keep the service running. No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.

Vpayit does not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking cookies, social media pixels, or any cookies that track you across other websites.

Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the Vpayit service to function. Without them you cannot log in or use the platform. Under PECR Regulation 6(4), strictly necessary cookies are exempt from the consent requirement. PECR Reg. 6(4)
We do not use essential cookies for any purpose beyond keeping the service operational.
Functional cookies enhance your experience by remembering your preferences. They are not strictly necessary but make the product more convenient. We set functional cookies only after informing you of their use. UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)
You can clear functional cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from using the service but may reset your display preferences.
We do not use any of the following: PECR Reg. 6
If this ever changes, we will update this policy, obtain your consent where required, and notify you in advance.
